On May 5th 2013, while everyone in Mexico will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo the Dan-Vicky-Achilles Standring household will be celebrating GREASTER! (Greek Easter)
If you and your wee ones feel like joining in on the festivities come on over. We're going to have an array of activities including an Easter egg hunt, egg decorating and best of all...Egg Smashing (a good ol' Greek tradition).
Since Canadian Easter will be long gone I'll be able to get all sorts of goodies for the wee ones at fantastic sale prices. Woohoo! So don't worry about bringing anything over. However, if you are in the sharing mood a treat for the adults might be nice.
As for Papa, I know your farmhouse won't be ready yet but here's a photo to get you inspired for next year. It's lamb on a makeshift spit that my dad built a few years ago. Enjoy!
