Our Jump-Start on Thailand:

We are on our way!  We are presently in San Francisco airport, Papa Mark is getting some much needed shut eye.  The next flight is our dreaded flight?  Why...Because we are 17 hours in the air..Ugg!   But after that...we are on our playtime!  Hurray.
