Driving by Tuk Tuk Bus to the cliff: We used our Snorkel Gear! But saw very little fish!

We are so much the wiser today, as our bus pull up to the last stop, at the end of town.  No more bewildered looks, we know where we are and where we are heading.  We are somewhat loaded down as we brought, lawn chairs, towels, our snorkels and water.  Not an easy load on the bus, but we are in good spirits because we believe that we are in for another new adventure!  And it is morning, so the body feels good!

As the bus rolls to a stop, we see the barefooted monks heading up to the monkey temple.

Off the bus, and get a shot of our travel gear...my snorkel set is on my back.

Pap shoulder is fine, so today he had his share of the load too!

These power lines bogged our minds...Look at that mess!

He arrive on the beach with everything he needs
to make a meal and sell it.  He has a clay oven/ burner
that he fills with coal.  Water and corn and noodle ...

We pick out this road side stand to have our lunch.

Picking out our table...there are two!  LOL

Like a baby in kindergarten, we study the pictures
before us, and pick out what we think might be tasty.

Our chief is now busy with the prepping

The table of foods....Ummmm?

Working hands

Busy ladies.

I know, I know...what is this???  it is a noodle,
a big flat noodle, cooked in a salty sauce.  It has a bit of
slimy kind of texture, and a bit rubbery when chewed....
but it did have a great flavour.

The Soup....It was filled with some kind of sea-creature
and I just could not do it....I did not even want to try...really!

The first one Papa popped into his mouth, only to spit it out
as it was shelly and sharp...so he realized he needed to shell it
Thus the next four pics are hime cleaning and finally eating the soup
creatures.  Prawns, of sorts!

I might share, that several hours later, Papa was not feeling too good, as
his innards gave way to cramps and upset.
It was not long lasting, he was fine by morning.

A Tuk Tuk Bus drove by so I snapped this you have a visual
of what and how we ride around Hua Hin

After lunch we heading into the free outdoor exercise  park.

Only we don't exercise, we smell the flowers instead.

We decided that at the end of our day, we will have some
UK Fish and chips

It was a delicious batter on the fish.....yummy good, glad to have a wee break from Tia Food

Papa does a pose on the bus showing how crazy it is holding on
going down a six lane street!

Noticed these bike...then saw the xmas decorations

The village toilets.....Ummmmm

The path to the beach and cliff

Papa is in!
 Up for a breather
The water was such a yellow green.
And we kept getting stung by sea lice...in groups
would feel like tiny needles poking you and then the stinging
would come and last for 10 to 15 minutes.

My turn, I loved being under the water...if not for the
bites, I would have stayed for hours.

It was very hard to take the photos because the
waves would bump us all around...we both be bobbing.
 Papa

The amazing cliff with a buddha

The squishy sardine bus ride home.
Great day...Great play...Great times!
